For individuals and businesses
We translate from English into Spanish and from Spanish into English. When you contact us, tell us where you will submit the document and for what purpose so we can assess the type of translation and the formal requirements.
If your document relates to a legal matter, you can also ask about our services for probate, leases and trademark registration in Argentina from abroad.
The value of working with a law firm
Contracts, powers of attorney and articles of association contain terms whose meaning depends on the legal context. Daniel’s qualifications in both law and translation allow him to address that context and the terminology of each document.
You know who will translate your documents and can review his qualifications and professional registration.
We arrange the transfer of documents directly with you and treat their contents confidentially.
If you also need a legal matter reviewed or handled, we can assess that work and quote for it separately.
How we work
Tell us the document type, languages, destination country and receiving authority, and when you need it. We will arrange for you to send a legible copy for assessment.
We review the document’s length, complexity and submission requirements. We then provide a quote, a delivery timeframe and details of any applicable third-party fees.
Once you accept the quote, we translate the document and agree on the delivery format based on the document and the requirements you have provided.
Before submitting your documents
These are separate procedures. Knowing which ones are required helps you prepare your documents for their destination.
A translation signed and stamped by a registered sworn translator (traductor público), prepared in accordance with the formal requirements of their professional practice.
The CTPCBA certifies the translator’s signature and stamp and checks the document’s formal requirements. See its legalization regulations.
This may be required when submitting documents abroad. Argentina’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs explains the requirements on its apostille and legalization procedure page.
Acceptance depends on the receiving authority. Before commissioning a translation, share its requirements with us so we can assess the documents and the applicable formalities.
